Re: MANHATTAN PLACE, Tarneit ... Who's building here? 51Mar 08, 2010 9:09 am You'd hope so - coming out of Sayers, I don't care how much people behind me curse, NOBODY does 40 in the roadwork zone, so I'm waiting until everyone is gone! Nobody has been appointed just yet, but yeah, the Government will push it through... just remember though the whole project was supposed to be finished by Akron in December! I'm shocked that the companies that were renting the temp fences have removed them all from site - it leaves it dangerous, which surely the council would want rectified asap to avoid any future legal action from accidents... It's just a mongrel of an intersection at the moment. Re: MANHATTAN PLACE, Tarneit ... Who's building here? 53Mar 22, 2010 6:08 am Does any one know the current price for new/existing blocks in MP? Who's building here? 54Mar 22, 2010 6:39 am theguynextdoor Does any one know the current price for new/existing blocks in MP? there are a couple of blocks in stage 4 left. They are in the bowl of the court. Real estate.com is showing about $175K. There is also one on amsterdam for about $185K From what i have heard stage 5 is going to be closer if not exceed $200K Best to check www.realestate.com.au I found the best thing to do is ring around the estates as there is always more on offer than is advertised. Cheers Erica Re: MANHATTAN PLACE, Tarneit ... Who's building here? 57Mar 22, 2010 8:50 pm Yeah, the entrance is quite shabby isn't it? Hopefully they can get it sorted sooner rather than later.
