Kids have woken up with an horrific bug that we don't want to pass on. Currently passing the time in the medical centre waiting room. We were so looking forward to meeting you all- have fun! Re: Anyone building at George's Fair, Moorebank? 1593Apr 03, 2011 2:48 pm Hi everyone, I've been reading this topic for a long time and finally got to here:) I'm Interested in a block of land here and found one in the Brushwood release. But across the road from it on the plan it says "RESIDUE" and behind that is the park.I was wondering what does residue mean? I'm thinking of building the Milano or the Phoenix with M3tr!con. Can somebody tell me who built the Milano how much over the house price they spent from beginning to end of build with the extras. I would like to know if anybody is building the Phoenix or already has built it. Looking forward to hearing from you guys. You're great people and looking forward to possibly being your neighbor in the future. P.S. The land I'm interested in is 540m². Re: Anyone building at George's Fair, Moorebank? 1597Apr 03, 2011 4:04 pm rodadus Hi everyone, I've been reading this topic for a long time and finally got to here:) I'm Interested in a block of land here and found one in the Brushwood release. But across the road from it on the plan it says "RESIDUE" and behind that is the park.I was wondering what does residue mean? The residue lot would be most likely the lots where the new display village and parking was proposed. The same thing was on the parklands release and it is the existing parking with the huge pile of dirt (now fenced off) I went outside once. The graphics were alright, but the gameplay sucked! Re: Anyone building at George's Fair, Moorebank? 1598Apr 03, 2011 6:31 pm Today's meet and greet has been a real success. We should all say and give a big thank you and many claps to Dave and his young family for initiating today's event. We should also thank Bek for this "Anyone building at George's Fair, Moorebank?" forum. Welcome to those newbies in this forum. Just like me, I am sure you will feel plenty of joy reading and sharing the experiences and excitments that I am also sure many of us have in common. Unfortunately now with short days and long nights, it is harder to take pictures and looking around how the place is developing after work. Looks like I have to visit GF early in the morning before going to work. Re: Anyone building at George's Fair, Moorebank? 1599Apr 03, 2011 6:41 pm No problem guys. Glad it worked well and everyone enjoyed themselves including the little ones. Thanks also to Paul for the gazebo. Extra shade was a bonus. Didn't stop my head from frying in the sun though. Paying for it now. Think we will have to do it again sometime. And top the year off with a Xmas bash in The Fair....
