Re: Anyone building at George's Fair, Moorebank? 4059Jul 25, 2012 3:04 pm belle n dave Just wondering if anyone else draw and submitted there own landscape plans for DA...With all the variations and additionals I am not too keen on paying $550 for a little drawing I am currently having my drama's with this... if you are at your tender process stage make sure you do your landscaping plan for front and back. We submitted our EBH basic landscaping plan as part of the tender process, and were told that later we can change this plan if we wanted to as we had not decided yet what we wanted... Also Liverpool Council prefer proper drawings too... so add that to the costs... So basically everything you do (if it's major) needs to be approved by council otherwise you won't get your OC certificate which i am told is something you need to get before or soon after you move in your house... having said that it hasn't stopped anyone from doing what they like in regards to landscaping in GF Hi, we live in an area where the black soil is prone to a lot of movement.
