Is there a similar incident with GF ? ? or I can be assured it will be safe till we move in. its insured with your builder until lock up i think... But are there any such incidents so far? I also thought the builder is responsible for any damages/theft, up until the day you get the keys? Will it affect your build?? not really. It is just a nuisance. builder wears it until you have keys then its on you. (we did not move in for over a month and nothing was stolen from our completed build) I went outside once. The graphics were alright, but the gameplay sucked! Do they provide a report on the data transfer (in case you have ethernet cables installed)? Have you found any issues on your electrical installation after handover? How do they deal with issues after handover? Are they quick to resolve? Thanks no report on A/C no report on Data transfer. had a couple of issues where my supplied LED drivers failed but they were fixed when they installed my appliances when I supplied new drivers for them. Reclad my wishing well FREE!! Still have to plant the trees and grass trees but still deciding on placement. I went outside once. The graphics were alright, but the gameplay sucked!
