Re: Anyone building at George's Fair, Moorebank? 3765May 01, 2012 2:59 pm hey hfwangoz best thing to do is drive around display homes or even at Georges Fair and take photos of colour combinations you like, then you can show these pictures at your colour appointment and the consultants should be able to tell you the names of the colours if your not sure. I think some builders at GF do have colour options/schemes you can choose from which might help. At the time we went through our colour appointment we had to choose one of these schemes, but it might be different now and you don't need to follow anything.... lol - good luck Re: Anyone building at George's Fair, Moorebank? 3767May 01, 2012 3:21 pm mon_4u2c hey hfwangoz best thing to do is drive around display homes or even at Georges Fair and take photos of colour combinations you like, then you can show these pictures at your colour appointment and the consultants should be able to tell you the names of the colours if your not sure. J Re: Anyone building at George's Fair, Moorebank? 3768May 01, 2012 5:56 pm mon_4u2c Does anyone know if more townhouses will be built behind the second park? i can't see if the land behind this park has been released yet? yes there will be, I saw it on the Liverpool council website and there are to be 13 in total, to be built by R, When Jackie was in the sales office she told us about them but told us there would be no garages, but Chris has said nothing has been approved. I've tried looking for it again on the Liverpool council website but its since dissapeared. Chris was annoyed they lodged to the council without him knowing about it. So I'm really not sure what has happened or when anything will happen on that site. Chris wanted it sold as individual lots. There is something going on in the corner though.
