Re: Anyone building at George's Fair, Moorebank? 1399Mar 05, 2011 9:03 am I went for a drive yesterday to have a look at the progress at the Parklands and they were full on wetting and compressing the road base. We might have roads next week. Regarding the bricks and costs. We were originally going to build with brick and then render the front of the house and then about 1/3 of the both sides plus the outdoor room. Our SR suggested Hebal which will give the appearance of being fully rendered which is what we originally wanted until we found out the cost at about $45K. The Hebal cost about $10K less than the brick and partial render!! Plus you get the added bonus of greater insulation. So Hebal it is.
