Re: Anyone building at George's Fair, Moorebank? 548Sep 26, 2010 7:56 am I don't want to be a party pooper but aren't you a little concerned about the traffic levels at that roundabout? That intersection is going to get very busy in the future Built a Clarendon 'Balmain' 2008 Re: Anyone building at George's Fair, Moorebank? 549Sep 26, 2010 8:00 am possibly maxie its one of 7 blocks I would like but the only one I can get to ATM The street I live on now gets alot of traffic now too Plus I grew up under the flight path so noise is something I am very used to I went outside once. Re: Anyone building at George's Fair, Moorebank? 551Sep 26, 2010 7:26 pm mecha-wombat Welcome Billmac & RichandKat I think there is going to be a thriving H1 community here @ GF I went to the proposed Stage 3 area today and stood on the block I hope to get next to the roundabout on Maddecks and Christiansen(sp??) Thanks Wombat, all things going well we will be almost neighbours. We are looking at the same release but are looking at blocks opposite the park. Traffic may be an issue but not a big problem. We want a south facing block and a 15m frontage so heres hoping. Good luck. Bill Re: Anyone building at George's Fair, Moorebank? 552Sep 26, 2010 10:36 pm yeah BillMac I NEED a 15m frontage as a minimum but corner blocks just have that little bit extra room it is not like the traffic is going to be like newbridge though I went outside once.
