guess what we got credit for the roof pitch. They confirmed with GF and investa that we don't need 25 degree roof pitch . Thanks for your suggestion otherwise we might not questioned them regarding this.
One more question, we asked for cement rendering on our facade and they give us a $7000 qoute.is it possilble to do the facade rendering after handover? as we think we can get a good price for the cement rendering.
Aslo the letterbox, can we do that after handover?
Things seem to have changed or your getting screwed, EBH is well aware of GF building requirements & there packages used to include everything within the house price list for GF. The only none inclusion was the requirements to lay slab ie fill, drop edge beam etc as depends on how level your block is. This may have changed but what I found when building with EBH was you had to ask questions & demand answers when it comes to extra costs outside there default home you select cost. I first used EBH rep that was assigned to GF & there quote to build slab didn't make sense to me as my block was about as level as you get the quote had fill, drop edge beam etc & was about 20K. I just happened to go to another EBH rep at another estate & asked for there quote mentioning I wasn't happy with quote I had which didn't make sense, you can use any rep you like. The second quote was 7K big bloody diff.
