Xmas is close and we are still waiting for the work to start! Metricon customer service and admin are hopeless T-T Do you think it's necessary to do roof sarking? Price is $2500+ Re: Anyone building at George's Fair, Moorebank? 5596Dec 06, 2013 4:46 am We added sarking. Cost was $1860. Its a good insulation plus keeps the dust out of the roof which can be quite bad in GF. Hopefully it's due to the remaining construction and the dust will settle once built up. For all your joinery needs, we custom build kitchens, office, wardrobes, garage, laundry fit outs plus TV units, pantry, linen and everything in between. PM me for more info or details. Re: Anyone building at George's Fair, Moorebank? 5597Dec 06, 2013 7:57 pm insightboom I saw many households haven't planted 'a large tree' as per council requirement yet. (Or could have been planted at the backyard?) umm my question is, when the council comes for inspection(maybe for OC? sorry I am not quite sure what it's called) do they check 'a large size tree' as well? If we have many grown trees in next 5~10 years, I believe GF will be more beautiful town with higher land value. A lot of people have neglected the tree requirement in the front yard. Some people like the look of a perfect lawn and nothing else. Personally I like the benefits trees bring. Shade(which lowers the temps around the area), dust mitigation, and they can attract birds. Council does not require the tree, the developers do. I went outside once. The graphics were alright, but the gameplay sucked! Re: Anyone building at George's Fair, Moorebank? 5598Dec 08, 2013 10:13 pm Tomorrow I have my PC inspection and hopefully everything goes smoothly. Does anybody have a contact for a grass supplier that also installs the grass? I am presently looking at Dodo as my NBN service provider. Is anybody connected with them and are they a good NBN service provider?
