Building A New House
Oct 19, 2009 7:24 pm
After already going thousands of dollars over budget at pre-start, we decided not to get HBC to include paving the crossover.
Now I am just wondering how much it will cost us to get this done?
Just as a rough guide, how much has it cost you to get your crossover paved?
Thanks in advance,

Not sure ... but do you need a council permit/approval for this ... and if so add that also into the cost too

I dont think we need council approval, but it does have to meet strict rules.
I have been trying to figure out what expenses I will have when the house is finished so I know how much money to have at the ready, but I just feel like I still have no idea!
Feeling rather overwhelmed!

It all depends on your builder and how large the crossover is. Ours cost over $4,500
