We're wrapped..

We have a roof at the back (the lower section is now capped too) and the house is wrapped in preparation for the brickies next week

Apparently the brickies will be finished in 6 - 7 days as there is a lot of them....

Moving forward, just slowed down a bit!!
That’s a big house Matt! Hope you can fill it!

6 or 7 days for the brickies????? That’s a record!

I’d keep the name of your builder a secret at the moment; he might get calls for more work! He’s doing a good job.
Why is only ground floor wrapped?
Probably forgot the ladders
I'd suggest that the brickies will come in and do most of the lower level, then put up the scaffolding. Once the scaffolding is up, it's much easier to "wrap" the upper level.

The other factor is that with the ordinary weather we have had lately, they probably don't want to put the foil up until they need to - the wind can rip it off the frame.

PS: Woohoo! Silver!
Matt - I like the folding doors to the alfresco. Nice! We chose the same ones for our stillborn hamilton - an extra $3,500 from our friends at Porter Davis.

What was that you said about similar tastes?

you keep away from my wife and I will stay away from yours.......

Might make things a bit awkward if I get you involved in our home theatre!
