We have been talking to S1 for a long time about building a new home. Reading through all the horror stories on this forum has me quite concerned about building through them. Having said that, the cliche applies... We like the design / floorplans.
We are due to go in later this week to sign contracts. Was looking for advice on what to look out for during the contract signing session. Have asked them whether we can change clauses on the contract, but so far no answer. Has anyone negotiated changes with to the clauses with them?
Advice is very much appreciated.
