Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Oct 18, 2009 2:00 pm Hi All, Just thought Id create this post to try and find out an average time that I should expect there to be no work done over the Christmas break! Ive heard that tradies can take from Christmas week right up until February when the Kids go back to school. Does anyone have an idea or are there any tradies out there that can give me an indication of what to expect? There are a lot of tradies that only take the basic days but unless they can get building materials there is not a lot they can do as builders don't want building materials sitting on site and getting stolen.
