Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Oct 14, 2009 9:31 am Hello, Just wondering if anyone has build their house with Boral La Mesa as I am seriously thinking of going with it. It is an upgrade costing me $850.00 for the whole house. I would love to see some pics of how others turned out and also what color morter did you use? Kel Building in Mooroolbark! Am going to look for your threads but also just bumping this up because we are looking at choosing the La Mesa and think it would be awesome if anyone else did use the same brick and has any photos they wouldn't mind sharing Thanks in advance!! I went with off white because it was a bit cheaper and that looks ok and I am happy with it but if money wasnt a problem I would have gone white. It is pretty exciting when it gets to the end of the build but I must admit I was more excited when they poured the slab than I am now! But I think its just cos by the time you get to the end of it you have so much organising to do you are just over it Moving is no fun and that is what I am doing this weekend but I look forward to cooking a meal in my kitchen and relaxing in my spa with a glass of wine! But dont stress too much building is fun! It is very exciting to go past your house every night and see what they have done for the day now I dont know what I am going to do with myself Kel Building in Mooroolbark! But have a Lowe Design home. Not only did I find Matt Lowe patronising and a bully, but the home is NOT TO CODE. I have water coming through the bricks… 1 14404 |
