Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Oct 14, 2009 5:22 am Hello all, As I have said in another post I made an offer on a home in Ropes Crossing and I have since had formal loan approval so the house is ours. The house is a home land package / house with everything included. Not sure what its called or reffered to but the house has already began to be built. We have no choise in any of the building not that this concerns us. So these are my questions. When we made the offer we asked Delfin Lend Lease if we could speak with the builder to which they said a big NO. 1. Does anyone have any contact details, address, phone number or email address for the Henley Homes Sydney head office so I can make some enquiries?? & 2. Does anyone know if when buying off the plan like I am if you do speak to the builder will they make any variation contracts outside of the house purchase contract to add additional things, i.e extra power points, areial points and those sorts of things. I am not sure if I have explained myself properly, but please let me know and I will try and explain more. Hope someone can help. Re: Henley Property Group / Homes Sydney - Questions 4Oct 14, 2009 7:18 pm The Henley website looks like they have contacts for Victoria, Queensland and South Australia. Maybe you could contact any of these head offices and ask for a contact in Sydney. One of these head offices might even be looking after your house in Sydney. Re: Henley Property Group / Homes Sydney - Questions 7Oct 14, 2009 8:15 pm I will have to go through the search feature and have a look. Although, on a side note Henley have a mountain of homes in Ropes Crossing. All of decent quality. Been through a display home as well. Re: Henley Property Group / Homes Sydney - Questions 8Oct 14, 2009 8:20 pm I did a Google search on "Henley Properties" instead and got this address and phone number in Baulkham Hills - don't know if its valid. Maybe they are now able to start back up. http://www.parliament.nsw.gov.au/prod/p ... 0010530043 http://www.parliament.nsw.gov.au/prod/p ... 0000906034 Re: Henley Property Group / Homes Sydney - Questions 12Oct 14, 2009 8:40 pm Now I'm intrigued... would they be a member of HIA or MBA - would they be able to help? I found this one... Henley Properties Group Address: Sparks Rd, Warnervale, NSW, 2259 Phone number: (02) 43902601 and this one... Henley Properties (NSW) Pty Ltd PO Box 550, Moorebank, NSW 1875 Phone:(02) 9618 6411 Never argue with an idiot they drag you down to their level & then beat you with experience - Dilbert View Thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=19733 Contract signed 14Sept Slab 30Sept Bricks laid 1Dec Lock up 26Feb Keys 10Jun Re: Henley Property Group / Homes Sydney - Questions 18Oct 20, 2009 6:02 pm Phone one of the interstate offices and ask. However given no one has come forward to say they are building with them, I tend to think I am right that they dont trade in NSW anymore. Re: Henley Property Group / Homes Sydney - Questions 19Oct 20, 2009 6:32 pm This may be a leap, but I've noticed here in SA, their website is down and they have closed all their display homes. They do however still exist, selling house and land packages under the name SummerHill Homes. As we have already signed contracts, our house build under the Henley name is not an issue. But maybe in Sydney they also go under a different name. I know other trading names here are Clendonvale, Edgewater, Oakridge and Summerhill. Don't know if this helps any?
