Candylea Congrats on your PCI I like your kitchen... the view out the window will hopefully get better tho Our sign was still up too slack sign removalists We have been told there is a 6 week wait on the fencing and are waiting for the landscaper to come back off holidays so that we can meet him on site to discuss the front landscpaing that we get through the developers - so it looks like we might be moving in without fencing up and a dustbowl out the front 18/06/09 Pre-Start / 18/09/09 Slab / 05/10/09 Brickwork / 21/10/09 Roof / 11/12/09 Lock-up 18/02/10 PCI 04/03/10 HANDOVER My Building Thread https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=24789 Re: Serenity's Cottage with a view WA - PCI today! 145Feb 20, 2010 8:31 pm Yay for mixer taps, and that shower looks huge. Our original choice was discontinued so we had to make a quick decision on an alternative and this was it: Halcon Sahara Crema Rectified tiles - same price as the original tiles which came in at an additional $2,000 approx in variation, this was for the non-standard floor, wall and border tiles and raising the tiling height on all walls. Our little extravagance - the photo I took hastily at PCI really does not do it justice 18/06/09 Pre-Start / 18/09/09 Slab / 05/10/09 Brickwork / 21/10/09 Roof / 11/12/09 Lock-up 18/02/10 PCI 04/03/10 HANDOVER My Building Thread https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=24789 Re: Serenity's Cottage WA - PCI done - waiting for keys! 149Feb 23, 2010 5:04 pm The reason i ask is because they remind me of the ones i saw at the Summit 'luxxe' display in their bathroom and they were amazing. is that why you went for them? We didn't receive the final account from the builder until the week after PCI, then the final account was wrong so by the time we requested the final draw down on our mortgage it was Labour Day weekend! We finally collected the keys on Thursday 04/03/10 along with the goodie box (thanks for tip Candylea). We are now in the process of sealing the walls and painting - wish this part was over...... We intend on moving in by the end of the month; by that time we hope to have completed the painting, security doors, air con, timber flooring, carpets, side fencing, enclosing the carport, front gate, front landscaping - can there be anything else? Our scheduled timeline of tradies is pretty tight - DH is round the house now painting the lounge room whilst waiting for another delivery . 18/06/09 Pre-Start / 18/09/09 Slab / 05/10/09 Brickwork / 21/10/09 Roof / 11/12/09 Lock-up 18/02/10 PCI 04/03/10 HANDOVER My Building Thread https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=24789 Re: Serenity's Cottage WA - key collection 04/03/10! 158Mar 16, 2010 11:06 am The air con was installed on Thursday, thank goodness.
