Faith and trust restored in Carlisle Homes.
The time and lack of service it took to get to this stage, is not to be excused. But finally we have reached a solution to the issue.
As you know from the previous thread, the microwave did not have enough ventilation around it, due to either a ******* microwave and brand, or incorrect installation.
We have agreed to have the vented trim kit installed and also a new microwave installed.
Basically the display home microwaves "are not ventilated"... Hmm.. Oh well.. Also Carlisle said that the display homes will soon be refitted with the new trim kit. Its extremely misleading to customers if they dont do this.
So hopefully this will be a successful resolution. I only had the option of the vented trim kit.. really could not be bothered fighting for another solution. After all, this isnt REALLY that bad, is it??

Also thanks to Carlisle Homes, I think I should take back all the bad stuff I said about you guys. Your officially back in my good books, which is a good thing because I want to be happy with the house!
