Hi can anybody tell me if the council will grant an occupational certificate
prior to having driveways done.
What criteria do you have to satisfy to get an occupational certificate.
Do you apply after handover or just prior?
Thanks

Its basically a certificate to say that its fit to live in and usually your builder won't apply for it until your house is completed to that standard. Our SS did not want to apply for it until we had our Baulstrades up on our balcony as they would automatically fail it. But once they have inspected you can get your Cert within days.
