Perry Nah...someone elses sheep paddock....though we can walk out a gate just down to the left and be on the warburton trail, very handy for walks/rides etc! They are working quick - had a look last night and all the water/stormwater pipes are in, and the agi drains are in round the base of the cut. So we were running round getting excited knowing we were at the kitchen sink...or the shower, or the toilet.......very sad! The warburton rail trail is a brilliant piece of work. I've ridden it a couple of times - Lilydale to Warburton and back on the mountain bike. The faster they go with your house, the closer you are to progress payments. I hope you are still enthusiastic when you are making payment on a house you can't use!

Cheers Perry Im sure the first progress payment will have some sort of fun novelty value  ...near the end when paying interest on a big amount and rent at the same time....will be most un-enthusiastic!!
