It will be great to follow your build. It's very exciting. We are always eager to help you celebrate your milestones. I'm not from WA (although did live there for 2 years as a teenager) but just as happy to see your new house emerge. I have prestart in November with Vanessa. antnjen - i have a question with your kitchen. I wanted to extend mine, but i was not able to do so, because the ceaserstone benchtops only came in 1 precut size. Do you have ceaserstone benchtops ? I wanted to extend mine, but i was not able to do so, because the ceaserstone benchtops only came in 1 precut size. Do you have ceaserstone benchtops ? Hey Granger, Firstly welcome to the forum and also thats great that we are biulding the same house, now we can see each others be built together With the Kitchen i ended up having to delete the ceaserstone because i wanted to make it bigger, i love the ceaserstone too but to do the benchtops that i added would have cost allllooottt! We also have Vanessa too. Do you know what colours you like yet? With the kitchen i got to keep the 900mm kitchen upgrade but they kept forgrtting to put it on the contract so make sure that you read the measurements. Goodluck and i look forwrd to seeing your building journey!!! Re: I Am VERRRYY new to this = 26Oct 12, 2009 11:52 pm So i though while i am online i will fill you all in on our colour selections..... Re: I Am VERRRYY new to this = 33Oct 14, 2009 8:59 pm jpeg i like your elevation have seen it on the HBC website!!! colours sound great too! Thanks Jpeg, its actually different to how it was origionally. We changed it from 2 big windows to the 4 awning windows. When we got the plans back they had put that extra payne of glass down the bottom of the awning windows, which i hadn't asked for! When i asked to delete the extra payne of glass they said that it would have to go back to the council for approval and we'd have to pay, and that we would have had to wait for all the plans changed... By that stage i was sick of waiting so we jsut kept them but luckily i love them now anyway! I would have loved to exted what is called the "games" on our plan like Jpeg did with his alfresco but we had pretty much reached our budge by that staget and my partner was starting to sweat Re: I Am VERRRYY new to this = 35Nov 09, 2009 7:53 pm antnjen, maybe you could post the link here for us to follow?
