Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Sep 30, 2009 9:46 pm hi im building with blueprint homes in Baldivis, perth. been waiting awhile for formal approval with keystart, they where assessing us last week, then they told our broker they wanted proof we where aussie residents, even though we where not told while getting the application ready, so i paid for current birth certs, and now our application has gone to the bottom of the queue, and i have had to get a finannce extension for my land and wait another 3-4 weeks. we made sure we had everything my broker told me we needed, im really not impressed. we had our pre start yesterday, i had 20 mins to pick the majority of things as man had another meeting after, felt so rushed, so much energy , dont even know if the loan will go through, arhhhhhh Re: keystart has annoyed me, pre start was yesterday! 2Sep 30, 2009 10:57 pm Sorry about your hassles, but building is a waiting game, I suggest you get used to it. Yes the building game is the waiting game unfortunately. Good luck Re: keystart has annoyed me, pre start was yesterday! 5Oct 01, 2009 12:05 am I got through my prestart in just over an hour I'd already spend WEEKS pouring over catalogues for everything, so i knew already before going in there what i wanted viewtopic.php?f=31&t=22766 - my build thread!
