Browse Forums Building A New House Re: The CARLISLE HOMES & SPECTRA General Information Thread 3244Aug 07, 2012 5:08 pm SAIV Looks AMAZING Coobri! I think its a winner for me too! By any chance do you have timber windows or doors? If so, do you remember the colour choice? We are 95% sure we want to go with the Wenge flooring, however the staircase and stacker doors timber colour choices do not compliment the dark laminate floors. Cheers Thanks SAIV very happy with the way its turning out Sorry cant help with timber windows or doors Site Cut 8/04/12 Slab 13/04/12 Frame 18/04/12 Roof 07/05/12 Lock Up 06/06/12 Keys 30/08/12 Re: The CARLISLE HOMES & SPECTRA General Information Thread 3245Aug 07, 2012 5:09 pm deb17 The floors look so good, loving the bath in the ensuite. Termiguard certainly do the hardsell to inspect after 12 months - letters and phone calls.....you have landscaped, disturbed dirt etc etc.... we need to inspect (for a fee) and probably repump chemicals? No doubt will need to be topped up and if they don't do it 'warranty is void'. They are very persistent. My tender says Carlisle agree that all deliveries are to be made to the site by the existing cross over (new estate) But the owner will be responsible for any damage to the crossover bays including any footpath bays that are in line with the crossover. And Carlisle Homes cannot guarantee that Porch and alfresco concrete will not be damaged and scuffed during constrction. Are these normal statements? Re: The CARLISLE HOMES & SPECTRA General Information Thread 3256Aug 10, 2012 6:02 pm Both normal, your asset protection that you have to take out from your local council will cover you for any damage to the crossover. Its kinda hard to avoid scuffing to the concrete unfortunately but usually ppl cover their alfresco n porch with pavers, second layer of concrete etc. Building the Carlisle Sienna 31 at Somerfield Lot 1550 Re: The CARLISLE HOMES & SPECTRA General Information Thread 3258Aug 11, 2012 11:59 am Any idea how long settlement is after PCI ?
