Our site cost came to about 13K and council reqts another 2K. Then there's Termite Protection B which is 800+. No BAL. Hope this helps. If so what was the charge ? thanks for your help Depends on the addon, the 18kw with heater upgrade (we went to 5 star) and 3 phase was I think 12-13k less in lieu of evap cooling. I think total cost was 9800. I know it was just under 10. Have been quite busy lately.. however, I couldn't agree more on the speed that carlisle is currently moving on... each time I pay an invoice, another new invoice arrives. Great job Carlisle... We have reached the fixing stage, so I guess the last payment will take some time before it arrives... Currently painting is taking place and next would be tiles woo hooo... ___________________ Building with Carlisle Homes, Montrose 36 in Point Cook http://www.pointcookfb.blogspot.com/ Re: The CARLISLE HOMES & SPECTRA General Information Thread 2574Feb 08, 2012 7:25 am cuppyccake It has been quite sometime since my last post.
