I am building with Carlisle homes in hunt clube estate (Telstra velocity estate) and gone for a smart wiring package with them. are there any other things I need to do prior to contacting Telstra to get the internet service connected? Thanks Re: The CARLISLE HOMES & SPECTRA General Information Thread 1778Jan 19, 2011 10:53 am huntclubber Hi all, is there anyone out there who's gone for a smart wiring package with Carlisle homes? I am building with Carlisle homes in hunt clube estate (Telstra velocity estate) and gone for a smart wiring package with them. are there any other things I need to do prior to contacting Telstra to get the internet service connected? Thanks I am also curious to know this, I am in laurimar and had to go with the smart wiring package but as I am just at lockup, still not sure what I have to do after handover Re: The CARLISLE HOMES & SPECTRA General Information Thread 1779Jan 19, 2011 10:55 am aldavies3 htennant All quiet on the Carlisle front? ) Has work resumed on anyones home since Christmas? I haven't been out to check if things have kicked off again, but keen to know if anyone else has resumed? Cheers Heath Yes, ours has. We actually had the tiler working over the Christmas break, which was good. They have also done the external painting and a few other little things since the Christmas break. But our PCI is booked in for 10th Feb, so maybe that's why they're hurrying things along now! Thanks very much for the info, glad to hear things are progrssing guess it all depends on whether the contractors are available etc. Good luck with everything coming up to PCI! Re: The CARLISLE HOMES & SPECTRA General Information Thread 1780Jan 19, 2011 3:14 pm Reinsey flipflop2010 Happy New Year, fellow Carlislers! We received a phone call from our CSE last week regarding our site being scraped towards the next few days. Been on site on the weekend and indeed the scraping started. Slab will hopefully be poured by end of this month, weather permitting. Hey there flipflop... Who's your SS?? Looks like we're going to be pacing partners. We're also scraped and hoping for slab this month!!! Exciting times!!! Our CSE will give us the name by the end of this week, we will hopefully meet him shortly after then. Whose yours? Exciting times indeed. Just need to find time to update my blog so I could report on the progress, we have taken a few photos last night - the site is all fenced now, compacted with some white pipes stuck all over the place.
