Not sure whats is included ? Has anyone put a cavity sliding door at Esuite, am not a great fan of sliding door coz of high maintenance. I got data points in 4 rooms of my place. On each wall plate there's 2 x Ethernet ports, 2 x coaxial points for free to air/pay TV. This costed me $0 as part of my pack. Also got the sliding door added to my ensuite. It was essential for me as the position of the shower was in direct view from the street if the blinds were open. Pretty happy with this decision Re: The CARLISLE HOMES & SPECTRA General Information Thread 6399Jul 18, 2015 8:47 pm claremont35_2015 Has anyone got an NBN connection pack from Carlisle ? We are in an Opticomm Fibre Estate, so I would expect similar pricing for a base NBN PACK: OPTICOMM FIBRE FOUR-PACK Provide the distribution of data, phone, TV, and Pay TV from one central location to 4 nominated locations around the home in lieu of standard TV points, including the following: 4no. Multi-socket plates consist of - 1no. Phone point - 1no. Data point (Cat 6 cable, cat 6e mech - 1no. RG6 TV point - 1no RG6 pay TV point 1no. Lead in cable for Opticomm fibre optics from PCD (premises connection device) to the hub 1no. Large wired service cabinet, 1no. Figure 8 flex cable from WSC to NTD (network termination device) 1no. Double power point for NTD Includes trenching, 32mm conduit and draw cable from the telecommunication supply pit (if available) to PCD on the outside of the house for the future connect of the fibre optic cable after handover by the service provider. Connection fees are to be paid by owner(s) following settlement of the home. Note: Max 4 multi sockets outlets, for further upgrades require an inclusion of a video hub. This was $1500. Upgrading to 24 data points was another $5000. Pricey but I wanted to take full advantage of fibre speeds throughout the house. Hope it helps. Is there any other option apart from 24 points upgrade. 24 seems a lot. regards S 0 4976 We are at the stage on our build in Kilcoy, Queensland where we need to get our fencing installed but we cant get any contact details for our neighbours to give them… 0 6156 You should check your detail drawings, it may show downpipe within brick pier. 14 14099 |
