But the prices vary considerable depending on exactly what you want as there is such a range of products, quality etc. In most cases it will be cheaper to do after handover but you need to weight this up with possibly at least a few weeks that you cannot move in after the keys have been handed over. In my case I am doing engineered flooring after handover a fair bit more expensive that say a Cat 3 engineered flooring supplied and installed by Carlise - but that's the flooring I want for my house and its not supplied by Major Carpets (flooring suppliers and installers for Carlisle). Re: The CARLISLE HOMES & SPECTRA General Information Thread 4679Jan 26, 2014 10:41 am Hi all, Did anyone get sarking and double glazing through Carlisle? If so, how much did it cost for you? Also, are the standard windows using low-e glass, or has anyone upgraded them thus? Also, my family probably won't end up using all the ensuites provided in our design, however we're going to leave them in rather than taking them out, as our SC has let us know we wouldn't get much rebate back and it's more value to keep them. Just wanted to ask, does anyone know if council fees or water rates are higher if you have more bathrooms, eevn if they're unused? Thanks in advance. Re: The CARLISLE HOMES & SPECTRA General Information Thread 4680Jan 26, 2014 4:31 pm Hi All, Has anyone upgraded to 600x600 floor tiles please? Any ideas as to the upgrade costs? Just want to get some ideas as this might blow our budget. Thanks. 0 5119 We are at the stage on our build in Kilcoy, Queensland where we need to get our fencing installed but we cant get any contact details for our neighbours to give them… 0 6380 You should check your detail drawings, it may show downpipe within brick pier. 14 14369 |
