Re: The CARLISLE HOMES & SPECTRA General Information Thread 4053Aug 06, 2013 4:44 pm February12 Hamilton23 February12 all i could find online was the asset protection which is $100 BUT we'll see what CLE says at contract day, I'm sure there is extra cost that I'm not aware of At our contract appointment my CLE just told me I had to organise for the Asset Protection permit and then provide them with the proof of payment. I think I had to ring my Council to get the info. I would ring your council now if I was you, I like to know about all costs sooner rather than later. hey Hamilton23, I've taken on your advice, and have called the council and she said all I need to do is pay the $100 But she said I may need to check with my builder incase we need to pay for infrastructure levy, hopefully not!! Hi guys I built in Melton with Carlise have been in house about 12months All you need to do is pay the $100 ( I think its gone up since I built ) then show Carlisle proof of payment Enjoy your build we are very happy with our house 12 months on and no cracks or any problems at all Site Cut 8/04/12 Slab 13/04/12 Frame 18/04/12 Roof 07/05/12 Lock Up 06/06/12 Keys 30/08/12 Re: The CARLISLE HOMES & SPECTRA General Information Thread 4054Aug 06, 2013 6:02 pm Thx Jason-vic. Sorry for the late reply. Hi All, the progress payment schedule is not aligned with HIA. Mine is as follows 5% deposit, 20% base, 25% frame, 20% lock up, 20% fixing, 10% completion. Did any of you querying the builder or had it amended? Thanks. Re: The CARLISLE HOMES & SPECTRA General Information Thread 4056Aug 06, 2013 6:30 pm Thanks Coobri Can I pay for it now or should I wait till after contract? Re: The CARLISLE HOMES & SPECTRA General Information Thread 4057Aug 06, 2013 10:52 pm Mumtomonkeys Harishka Ok guys, here's some info for who ever is interesting... we had our tender appointment last week and the list is as follows, 1) upgrade to category 2 bricks - $1512 2) brick neutralizing (earlier we were told cat 2 and above bricks don't need this, but now) - $263 3) Waffle Raft Slab to Alfresco $2,231 (bit surprise) 4) Aluminium Entertainer door to Rumpus - $1071 5) Aluminium sliding flydoor - $233 6) Glazing to bathroom & ensuite - $602 7) Cavity sliding door to ensuite - $890 Slideout bins - $205 9) Duct rangehood through roof tiles - $531 10) Surge protetor - $208 11) 4 Star heating unit upgrade - $911 12) Zone heating - $531 13) Cat 3 carpet underlay - $779 That's great info Which house are you building? Carlisle - Atlantique MK4 (33) Harishka Re: The CARLISLE HOMES & SPECTRA General Information Thread 4058Aug 07, 2013 9:38 am Harishka I thought alfresco was part of the slab anyways on the affinity range. I'd be questioning this. Because that's what I was told when i did my quote, just hope i got it in writing now. Gonna have to overlook my quote now. Won't be happy if I gotta pay extra for that. Re: The CARLISLE HOMES & SPECTRA General Information Thread 4059Aug 07, 2013 9:41 am Just looked at my quote and it states. 2-7 concrete floor to alfresco (house specific). House specific? Surely atlantique is covered when your with affinity range (top range). Il be devastated if I gotta pay extra for concrete for alfresco as well. Re: The CARLISLE HOMES & SPECTRA General Information Thread 4060Aug 07, 2013 9:49 am Looking over my quote, I have a lot of allowances for changes in my house, Are these allowances usually under or over quoted. Just wanna know if when going to tender if it will end up cheaper then quoted or more. 0 4982 We are at the stage on our build in Kilcoy, Queensland where we need to get our fencing installed but we cant get any contact details for our neighbours to give them… 0 6160 You should check your detail drawings, it may show downpipe within brick pier. 14 14106 |
