Haven't try it out yet but will soon I guess.... Re: Somerfield Estate Keysborough 2215Sep 21, 2012 9:34 am yeah and you will need that $1500 credit, as Telstra slug you with a $299 connection fee to a new home !! Yep just scan your first bill, send to Somerfield and they will send to intrapac and get a cheque rasied for 1500 payable to Telstra.. Re: Somerfield Estate Keysborough 2218Sep 21, 2012 10:03 am We do, its supposed to be the 10th October. I am going to meet the SS on Tuesday morning to have a pre final inspection to pick up anything that could blow out handover. So on that one we will take our contract with us and go through each room and make sure what we bought has been put in, and the house is almost at a point we are K to move in. Painting to handover on a singe house, probably 8-10 weeks based on what we have been through... Re: Somerfield Estate Keysborough 2219Sep 21, 2012 10:31 am Regarding telephone connection, builder recommend us a compnay, I am wondering if I ask them to do the telephone connection, is that mean I can't get the 300 back which is included 1500 credit? too many questions Re: Somerfield Estate Keysborough 2220Sep 21, 2012 11:58 am yeah that $299 is only payable if you need a new connection and Telstra have to send someone out to your house etc. I would check though you dont get stung by a private company to do your connection and THEN Telstra say they still need to come out to your house and you get charged twice. Obviously if you just let Telstra do it and connect you up, that $299 will come off your $1500 voucher. |
