I am really unhappy. the estate always said delay, delay and delay according to kinds of strange reasons. then apologize! But it is useless for us, we have to pay the penalties from the builders, some of them also have to pay more renting. I think they should do something for us. Today, my builder(PD) told me that my colour of roof tiles was rejected. My selection is blue dusk. And PD told me that green and red colour cannot be chosen as well. But i found that many roof tiles of house built have some colours. I really cannot understand why my colour was rejected. Have any body met this problem ? In addition, the Developer advised that the moulding of front facade should be removed. Ridiculously, PD conversely charge me $378 for this delete. OMG, I can understand adding cause more charge, but deleting something can also be charged more, I cannot understand!!!!!!!!! it is really unfair
May I ask you a question, what brand and name of the tile that you have chosen. I am so confused with how they get houses passed especially tiles, as there are clearly some in the estate that do not conform. It is costing us $3,000 extra to have Boral Striata Tiles. When you add up the extra costing that their guidelines force you to have it is astounding. I would not mind this so long as everyone conforms but they are not - I do not see this as their problem but a problem that the DAP are causing.
I chose Boral striata (flat tile), the colour is blue dusk.
