Paint touch ups of scuff marks on walls completed whilst waiting for turf to arrive, also made a start on cleaning the acid marks off the spouting which was left over from the brick cleaning. As soon as the turf arrived the heaven opened. Murphy's Law strikes again
My neighbour across the road had a landscape gardener doing some work, and he was telling me that this is the best time to lay the turf in the rain as evrything is wet and you wouldn't need to water with the only down fall being the muddy mess you make.
After laying around 80sq meters of turf my driveway, garage and pathway was covered with mud. It was so thick that not even the rain was washing it away. It took almost an hour just to clean up the mud.
Backyard starting to take shape with the turf being laid just need to do garden beds and backyard finished.
Time to shop for trees and plants. Yucca trees are nice and durable, but there just an over kill as nearly every home has them. Looking for something diffrent any ideas?
