Re: WA, HBC - Great Entertainer Plus - Harrisdale PCI 26th Nov! 127Nov 26, 2009 2:47 pm YAY, another step done I'm glad you didn't find too many problems, what a relief! Has it actually sank in yet, that you are about to move in to your brand new home? It hasn't really for me I hope Keystart is happy with the house and releases the funds ASAP so you can get your keys on the 10th!! I'm so excited for you... Re: WA, HBC - Great Entertainer Plus - Harrisdale PCI 26th Nov! 129Nov 26, 2009 5:39 pm Congrats!! Our PCI is next week. Like you, I don't think the whole thing has sunk in yet. Still need to organise insurance...any advice or tips? Not sure who is good to go with. Is it better to sign up online? Anyway, roof aside, good to hear that there wasn't anything major that needed rectifying. Re: WA, HBC - Great Entertainer Plus - Harrisdale PCI 26th Nov! 130Nov 28, 2009 3:11 pm Thanks for the info about painting. We are just going to do plain colours for now too! Picking up the paint tomorrow as we have a friend on the inside RedIsotope - organise the insurance sooner rather than later so you don't delay the final payment of funds! Mr Antenna costs $275 to supply and fit for digital but found another that was $180 but doesnt clarify if includes fitting also bah why arent things easy! Harrisdale backyard finally done! Re: HBC - Great Entertainer Plus - Harrisdale Keys tomorrow :D 136Dec 09, 2009 5:46 pm YAY!!! To be honest, picking up the keys was not really that exciting, but maybe it's because we were already thinking about all the work still to be done We got the paver's number from our SS. He will be finishing off the driveway and crossover for about $1100. Te pavers cost an additional $900. We have a big one! I have the names and numbers of other guys if you want. You just need to tell them how many square metres you have etc. and they can give you a rough quote over the phone. Haven't looked at antennas yet, but hoped the Foxtel man might do a cash job Enjoy your new keys, oh and the pressie from HBC BUILT with Homebuyer's Centre - Aussie Alfresco Games viewtopic.php?f=31&t=16668 Moved In - Dec 14th Painting all but done - Jan 11 Front Landscaping - Feb 8 Moved In PICS Page 43 Re: HBC - Great Entertainer Plus - Harrisdale Keys tomorrow :D 137Dec 10, 2009 1:11 am I ve booked this guy for when we move in www.perthantennas.tv. Re: HBC - Great Entertainer Plus - Harrisdale Keys tomorrow :D 138Dec 10, 2009 10:46 am umph.. so my air just got taken out of me... had the final inspection and that went great. its all been completed and house is fine. my SS still hasnt recvd notification from keystart about the funds.. got home and called keystart and the dude was less than helpful. the valuation was done on the 3rd of nov, he couldnt find it in their "list" and is requesting it to be faxed over again. he said funds could go through early to mid next week.. which does not help us at all! we were looking to move this weekend like we had all agreed and they had the 5 days they needed to do the valuation.. just left an unhappy voicemail with HBC to see if they can chase up the funds any quicker.. Harrisdale backyard finally done! Re: HBC - Great Entertainer Plus - Harrisdale Keys tomorrow :D 139Dec 10, 2009 11:38 am oh no do you think HBC might let you have the keys a little early?
