Hi All..
I'm looking at purchasing a block of land at The Ponds (North West Sydney).
The block is showing less than 250mm drop across so is virtually dead flat.
However, the plan also shows that it has had extra fill applied (however the block next door doesn't).
How would this effect site costs i.e would the piers need to be dug deeper?
It would be great if anyone who has built in this area could share their "site cost" experiences. I've also been told that an "M" type slab isn't suitable and usually a "P" type slab is put down in this area due to the difference in soil tests.
Can anyone elaborate on the different types of slabs?
