Thanks Stormy - I have to admit the cabinetry is not what I had envisaged, but it is slowly growing on me! I'll be glad when there are more things to look at, so it doesn't stand out so much!! Below are some pics of our lovely Mosowood Bamboo flooring that we had laid this week - we are extremely pleased with it. It really looks great and it seems to change colour with the different lights coming into the house at different times of the day. You can see the difference in colour between the 2 pics. The Entry pic was taken in the morning, the Living area was taken late afternoon. Very very pleased! I noticed the concreter didn't put the expansion foam anywhere, there are expansion… 0 8117 1000000% definitely add insulation. I have in my home and it makes a big difference minimising sound transfer. Insulation is pretty cheap and definitely worth it 2 6200 Engineering timber is certainly a less fuss option, times cheaper to supply and install and better withstands humidity. 1 15918 |
