I doubt you'd find a flooring provider give a warranty on tiled floors.. Yes scratches on laminate floors can be annoying - but replacing a laminate floor compared to a tiled floor is a piece of cake... I agree we have had laminate in our parents place for the past 5 years and it still looks new.
