Today we went to Homeworld, Kellyville and saw their Kensington vii for 259k for two storeyn for 33.4 sq. It looks good to us. But we are worry about the "Wincrest Homes in voluntary administration" news early of this yr. Who is still building with Wincrest Homes? and any problem with them ? They've been great - very good SS. The house should be finished in a cupple of weeks. Building in the inner west. Interestingly, I found them much more accommodating after they re-commenced trading. We've been in our place for 7 weeks now, and whilst there are some issues that will be raised at the 13-wk fixing, we're happy overall. It also depends on which SS you get - AC is the best one. Our house is a modified Kensington. If you want to PM me, I'd be more than happy to let you have a look through. I'm on the North Shore if that helps.
