hi again kek, the problem is that the house is not dangerous or unsafe and is quite livable. I will try consumer affairs again but they previously responded with very little, actually nothing. We couldn't do much about legal issues until we owned it. Yes the brickwork is out of code in parts but further inspections will not identify every issue . There has already been a brickwork inspection and very little was identified. It would be easier to redo a wall completely if most of the units are out of code but unfortunately every faulty unit is not identified. It seems nobody does there job thoroughly, they all want repeat business. I haven't given up just yet, cheers
