That was one of my preferences before we settled on our colour. I think chocolate and monument will work very nicely together. And the chocolate will be stunning against the render colour you have chosen....where as the render colour and latte are a bit too close...iykwim. What colour will you choose for your gutters/fascia? It looks nice to have a line of distinction. Although you don't need to choose the render colour yet...it is good to keep it in mind. With Chocolate and monument roof, it would be nice to bring in a lighter shade for your gutter/fascia. And people usually like to carry that colorbond colour through to their garage door. Just food for thought. Im not having any render and was worried about it being too dark as im having a black roof but have decided to just do it and will just have to work really hard to make sure i have enough greenery in the garden to break up the darkness. I think i will also end up having dark roller door and window frames as well and maybe just have a lighter gutter to break it up slightly. Good luck with whatever you decide! Whoever thought choosing bricks would be so hard lol! Vanessa DIY, Home Maintenance & Repair to do it properly you need to dig out the garden and waterproof the outside of the wall.
