Re: Grout Sealing 2Sep 14, 2009 10:24 am I believe its something you can do yourself. You can purchase the sealer from a hardware store (its like paint) and just get a brush and go over your grout. Make sure you wipe off the excess sealer on the tiles before it drys. Also suggests you wait a week after tiling before applying sealer. I found this on a website. Sealing grout - Apply a silicone or water-based grout sealer to the joints. If you get some sealer on the tile’s surface, ensure you wipe it off before it dries. If you are using a porous tile, seal the tile first before applying the grout/grout sealer to prevent staining.
