Here you are looking at 18 months for a double strorey and with $250K you probably will not get the second storey

But they'll render it for free. :wink:

Rendering allows the builder to use cheaper bricks, as obviously they are not visible.

But there is no way the saving on bricks would give you free rendering. The builder was being very generous to do that for free.
