For those who have already done this, can you advise what we should expect and if there are any specific questions we should ask? I have made a list of items that I am unsure about like access for our Home Entertainment installers to do pre-wiring during the build, but I guess I'm more interested in what they intend to ask/tell us. So, I'd ask for a weekly update. We've only ever met our SS once...and we had a list of things to ask him. We asked him to notify us after the electricians had been as we wanted to put in some more noggins and cabling. We asked to meet with the tiler before he started the job. We put in a whole list of requests in nice and early and he's pretty good because he refers to the list during the updates and asks if he can tick something off.
