So far shes only found Swenrick homes to have a sub 100k price. Hamlan homes and Geelong homes have some. JG King has recently introduced its "Alpha" range and that includes some small homes. If you get the Saturday edition of the Geelong Advertiser, it has a big real estate section and at the back of that section there are ads from the major builders and a listing of offices and display homes in the Geelong area.
