I'm building my first home (not a project home) and am getting quotes about little things like doors and windows etc.. but really, has anyone noticed if anything to do with their building costs less than when they first started? If anything expect it to go up, especially once the downturns over. In saying that volume home builders have slashed trade rates by about 5% accross the board.
