I haven't been able to discuss this with them, as they will discuss with me tomorrow after they see the floor plan again
I need advice, what should i do ?
i am thinking:
1. Change the design so it fit into the corner
2. Or apply dispensation to council - wyndham vale council. (i am not sure if this option is actually available?)
Has anyone got experience with applying dispensation to council ?
does anyone know if it involves a lot of money ? and how long does it take to have it approved ?
What i am afraid, if applying dispensation expensive and it takes time. I want to take advantage of FHOG, so really i dont have much time left

purple: land size
blue: land (after setback)
yellow: floor design
green: design / corner for dispensationn
if anyone can give a suggestion / recommendation what i should do in the position, that would be much appreciated
