Im so F'n annoyed. You might end up with your car in your septic tank ewwwww nearly all septic tank instalers will tell you this. Maybe the extra concrete in your drive makes it OK??? I think it can have 500 kg if you didn't, but that is it. If you really don't want it I would tell the builder and not just ask. It is your land and your money and you don't want the tank there.
