Building is rare in london, there just isn't any land. Also, I've heard planning permission is a nightmare here, even to build an extension you go through hoops to get approval. We already built one house 'remotely' in adelaide - again while working in london. So we've been through it before. What I really need to do is organise a webcam to be setup on my block in adelaide so I can watch the progress. Sounds like a good idea - the webcam in ADE whilst UR in London!
