In the rubbish was multiple copies of the building plans off the sit the rubbish came from. Including a plan under the massive chuck on concrete so there was no way it could have blown down teh street. The council told us their wasnt enough evidence and they needed a witness....all round fail really. Bad builder, Bad ranger.
