My current builder didn't say anything about there might be a big extra site cost, therefore i was advised site cost is "only" 11k. However, other builder has pointed out based on my report, rock basalt was found at 350-550mm..., which may be costly if you do fill n cut, may increase cost to 25k. I am sure some forumone fellow had situation like me.... if you do, can you please share your thought and what happened when you start building house Is there anything i need to be worry about ? Does the rock means absolute increase in site cost (because they need to cut the rock ?) many thanks in advance Final stage Thanks for your reply. I will just wait and see I guess.
