What we did with the alfresco slab was, because our builder was going to charge us over $4000 we decided to cancel it. Later we included it as part of the landscaping while the landscaper pours the concrete slab for the driveway. We just don't think it's necessary for the alfrsco to have the same thick, bulky, expensive slab as the house (to hold the bricks, frames and other stuffs). If the slab is thick/strong enough for the driveway, it's surely more than enough for the alfresco. Most importantly, we saved more than $2000. Only trouble was, during the long construction period, our alfresco area was full of mud and puddles and looks quite messy. thanks for the reply in my case now its the uncertinity of the slab type if it is M class then i dont have to pay for the alfresco slab if it is H or HD then i have to pay becoz its become a part of the roof and those 3 post that holding should hold the weight. thats what i got from csc cheers In fairness nobody gave a crap about the ACCC and the gag clauses continued in the pro forma templates of a few other builders after the ACCC took on Wisdom, and more… 19 73513 Hi I am wanting some opinions about the build of a steel shed I am going to get one about 4.5 x 2.5 m steel shed and the height will be about 2.3-2.4m high The one I am… 0 14457 Hi everyone.
