Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 24, 2009 5:41 pm Hi, I am helping my cousin find a new house to buy. They are looking at Cranbourne North/Lyndhurst/Lynbrook. I was wondering, are house and land package homes currently being built? How do these packages work... is all the colour selections/papers completed? Has building commenced? How long would the whole period take approx, inc land sales and house contract? Or is it a much better to just buy established? They went to look at some houses, but dont really find 'already lived in' houses appealing. Thanks!! Built the Atlantique 37 Mk2 with Carlisle Homes - WE'RE IN!!
