Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 22, 2009 8:37 pm Hi, Just finished our pre-start and my husband and I are naturally unsure about our choice of render colours. We have a woodland grey roof/gutters etc/door. I am looking for a solver paint colour that is a mix of light grey/cream/beige to match. Has anyone got any fantasic solver render colours or/and images. I only have a few more days to decide. All help is much appreciated! We have got sample tins now but they look so different in bigger areas. Still on the search. It has can be a grey/brown/green type colour This picture is in full sun and is a 200% tint Re: quick HELP needed for render colour choice 6Aug 24, 2009 6:34 pm I had a look at the Dulux royal beige and I do really like that colour. Now I just have to try and match it to a solver colour and maybe get a sample. Lundy grey also looks beautiful with a surf mist roof but I have a woodland grey roof and we were told to stay away from that if you don't want an all green house. Thanks for the help I think I am getting closer! Re: quick HELP needed for render colour choice 8Aug 24, 2009 9:51 pm We are using Solver Pale Biscuit for the render and Mid Biscuit for the quions/basecourse/keystones. (We are using woodland grey for the roof). The way we found these colours is we had passed a house a few times with colours we liked. So we knocked on the door and spoke to the owner who was more than happy to tell us which colours they had used.
